Once again, I am off. 

his time to visit the Atlantic coast. I love road trips and having time to just drive and see whatever strikes my fancy (As long as I make it to my friend’s wedding in time. Otherwise she will beat my ass!). If you live east of the Mississippi and see a stranger with red & black hair wandering your neighborhood it just may be me. Say “Hi!” 

What have you got to lose?

Perfectly reasonable

Any reasonable person would find it perfectly logical that I sat around enjoying wine, cheese & crackers while waiting for my new elliptical trainer to be delivered. Ditto having a double caramel Magnum bar while I figure out the assembly.

After all, I bought it because I like to eat!

My hair

With long hair I can only manage two styles: the messy ponytail (not the cute version, the homeless baglady one) and the sexy, just finished a wild fucking tousled look. Unless I pay good money at the salon, there is no in-between.

This does nothing to support my I-am-awesome-give-me-a-better-job search.

Goddess

Sure, you will break my heart,

but don’t ever forget, there are people around the world who call me Goddess.

You may make me cry but you will never really harm me.

Resolutions

Turns out that I am not above pulling my truck over to let the driver of a car in the ditch know that I would have pulled him out if he hadn’t been such a douchebag at the intersection a block ago.

Gotta save some improvements for 2016.

My rides

I realized this morning what a shame it is that I am not someone who gets my identity and self-esteem from the vehicles I own. 

I have a Harley Davidson, a ‘70s muscle car and now a big 4x4 pick-up. That’s a trifecta of sexy vehicles right there. Toss in a babe driving them and it is pure awesomeness.

All bad things must come to an end

I don’t buy concert tee shirts any more but I couldn’t resist this.

All the more fitting because a group of us got concert tickets and went to the show to celebrate my nephew being cancer-free for two years. The theme fits the song perfectly.  

Gone again

Another month, another adventure.

Most people don’t travel from the Twin Cities to San Diego via Chicago but I am. Gonna drive Route 66 from start to finish. Then will pop down to Mexico and end up at Camp Pendleton in time to watch my nephew graduate from bootcamp.

I offered essentially a free trip (all they had to do was pay for their own food) to a few people whom I thought might want to join me but I was wrong. Going on my own. Geocaching and hacking Ingress portals all along the way.

I’m outta here.

I am a kind, beautiful, intelligent and strong woman. I am generous to a fault. I will move mountains to help anyone I care about.
